There is no delivery system that applies in the same way to all types of projects, whether in developed or developing countries. DB`s market share is gradually increasing, but many projects continue to use traditional DBB. In China, most construction projects have used dBB in recent decades, but DB is growing rapidly and is now widely used in the petrochemical and nuclear industries. It remains relatively unused in the construction industry [11]. The choice of a project implementation system is influenced not only by the technical level and management system, but also by other important factors such as project characteristics and project environment. It is generally accepted that the MDP should be selected for a given project taking into account all types of important factors. Several studies have focused on the decision-making methods of PDM selection based on an analysis of selection factors [7, 12, 13], but different factors are identified from different angles and sometimes the factors are not directly related to the objectives of the project, making the results unconvincing. One way to think about this aspect of the DPI is for BIM to organize information on the design of the physical structure and PMIS to organize the administrative information of the project. The PMIS is an effective way to promote cooperation, as administrative information is introduced once and verified by everyone. The resulting review increases the likelihood that errors will be detected sooner rather than later. Team members work together to develop how the fund incentive pool is structured. They also decide together how these funds will be distributed among members on the basis of pre-defined and agreed concrete objectives.

There are many ways to do this. Typically, it includes setting targets for project performance metrics, such as quality. B, timing, security, change, communication, business and environmental issues. Indeed, research and practice show that one of the main factors in the success of a construction project is the planning of the implementation of the project, while the heart of this plan is the method of implementation of the project and the contractual strategy [8]. Therefore, choosing the right mode is one of the key factors that determine the success of a construction project [17]. This article attempts to study the design of PDCS from a value creation perspective. A project preparation method (MDP) and the project contract strategy (PCS) are two key factors for the success of the project in the construction industry. At present, there are several options for them in the construction industry, with several innovative PDMs and PCS emerging with industry development. This paper states that the MDP should be designed in combination with the PCS because of its close relationship.

This paper focuses on the design of the Project Preparation and Contract Strategy (PDCS) with the aim of developing a conceptual framework for the design of the PDCS. The design process is divided into two phases: pre-project and detailed planning, taking into account the design project as a frame of reference. In the design process, the analysis of the value of the project objectives is considered a decision-making tool at different stages. The framework proposed in this document aims to provide a clearer and more direct pathway to improve the selection or design of PDCS and improve the reliability of decision-making.
